To be able to use Lushfiles you have to accept the terms of use. Lushfiles is a data transfer service which enables users to exchange large amounts of data in a user-friendly manner. The following conditions apply.
1. Each user owns their transmitted data. The user is responsible for which data he sends to which recipient or makes publicly available.
2. Using Lushfiles for criminal content or activities such as pornographic material, instructions on how to make weapons, mass mailing, copyrighted material, harassment, hate speech violates the User Agreement and will result in immediate ban from service. In this case, Lushfiles may suspend or delete your account and initiate criminal proceedings.
3. No disposable or anonymous email address may be used during registration. This also leads to exclusion.
